Unused merchandise is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To return your item(s), please complete the Return Request form below.

FLAT SOCKS reserves the right to approve all returns, and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy requirements. 

Additional Information:

• Allow 10 business days from the date you send the package for your return to be processed
• Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment
• You will not be refunded for items not received by our warehouse
• Original shipping, handling, and return/freight/postage will not be credited or reimbursed. Return shipping label is included.
• Please retain tracking information for your records
